Common questions

Will it solve every condensation or damp problem?

No. Condensation, leaks and moisture entering the building have different causes. Surface heating may form part of a wider strategy, but the source of moisture, ventilation and the building fabric should be assessed first.

How do I compare proposals?

Compare the complete installed system, controls, access for maintenance and the assumptions behind performance estimates. Ask for the specification in writing so the options can be assessed on a consistent basis.
